University information system: timetable, attendance, grades
About the project
A single system for a university with cabinets for the rector's office, deans, teachers, the inspector, students and parents. Timetable, attendance log, grades, orders and SMS to parents. It runs on a server inside the university, with no internet access.
What we did
- Role-based timetables and automatic scheduling
- Attendance log per class, including morning line-ups
- An inspector role for checking classes across buildings
- SMS to parents about absences: templates in three languages and a send queue
- Import of students, teachers, rooms and timetables from Excel
- Public university website with events and an e-library
- Reports, dashboards and illustrated documentation
