ERP for retail on installments: sales, stock and accounting in one system
About the project
A cloud SaaS platform for stores that sell on installments. Contracts with payment schedules, cash desk and POS, stock, purchasing and full double-entry accounting live in one window. Every company works in its own isolated space, while the superadmin manages plans, modules and backups. The system is already running at trading companies in Turkmenistan.
What we did
- Credit contracts with payment schedules, partial payments and SMS reminders
- POS and cash desk: cash, card and split payments, 80 mm receipts, Z-report
- Double-entry accounting: trial balance, balance sheet, journal, general ledger, year-end close
- Multi-currency accounting (TMT/USD) with dated exchange rates and FX differences
- Onboarding wizard that imports opening stock, customers and suppliers from Excel
- Roles and permissions, two-factor login, per-company backups, audit log
- CRM, HR, tasks and manufacturing modules with recipes and cost price
- Interface in four languages (TK, RU, EN, TR) and a mobile app with a barcode scanner
